This year it is a simple program since there is no airshow at that time so arrivals and departures can be done at any time during daylight. Also we will have possibilities for demonstration flights etc... Landing fees, lunch, BBQ will be included in the registration fee (price will follow soon)

June 21 Evening Arrivals (airport) and registration Please let me know if you are arriving and need a hotel or transportation.
Saturday June 22 9:00-12:00 AM Arrivals and registration at airport
9:00-12:00 AM Informal walkaround at airport.
12:00 Noon Simple Lunch at airport (included in registration fee.)
1:00- 2:30 PM Group walk-around to see selected airplanes and hear from owners.
3:00-5:00 PM Technical clinic at airport, Any volunteers who can take the lead in this?
5:00-?????PM BBQ at EBLE and some furhter informal meeting with drinks and fun
For those who have a hotel transportation will be provided by me or other members.
Sunday June 23 10:00 AM Pick up at the hotel and departure if desired
Since we are a small airfield public transportation is difficult and I will see there will be transportation for those who need it to their hotel. Also there is no rental company on the field so if you need a rental car please let me know in advance and I will arrange the car to be there for you. Hotels can be booked in near villages, but if you want I can arrange it for you.

Camping is not allowed on the field, but there is a camping site nearby.

Again I'm sorry it took me some time to put everything together, but would appreciate people to register if they are coming to join so I can arrange the BBQ and Lunch.
