This page allows you to test your email address to see if you are properly set up to receive the CFO digest. Use this page to debug any issues with receiving the digest.

If you feel you should be getting the CFO digest and are not please follow the following steps:

1) Resubscribe to the digest on this page. If you are already in the list you will not be added twice.

2) Check your email spam folder. You may not even know you have one, but there is probably a special folder in your email or email system for spam. ISPs often change their spam systems and what used to work may no longer work.

3) Add Cardinalflyers to the White List. Most Internet Service Providers have a list of domains from which you wish to always receive email. Add cardinalflyers.com to that list.

4) If your ISP asks, we do use SPF records, are sending from a valid address and our IP address is listed in as many ISP approved sender lists as we know. Increasingly ISPs don't bounce emails or deliver them to a spam folder, thinking that any bounce is a clue to the spammer about how to beat the system. Your ISP may have a way to check our domain to see if it's blocked.

5) Send yourself a test email. Just enter your address below and click test. An email will be sent to you using the exact same method used by the Digest and you can use that email to either confirm or test your ability to get an email from us. The email will be sent immediately.

6) If the test emails arrive but the actual digests do not, then your ISP has a filter which is trapping some emails based on the content of the emails. That may be a word they don't like, like 'pitot', or some rule like dumping any email that has more than a dozen email addresses within it. We've seen some strange rules!

In any case, this should give you enough tools to work with your ISP to resolve the issue.
