Everything can be in its place if you have enough places. And having enough places is easy with the Saircorp/Flight Boss console system! 
The base Cardinal system from Saircorp/Flight Boss is a 3 inch wide console with multiple compartments. Rails on the front and back of the console allow the additional of any of a wide range of accessories, from cup holders to an O2 tank support. Powder coating in either standard or custom colors protects the system from the wear and bumps of frequent use.The RG system sits on a base which straddles the gear pump handle. An arm rest slides to your desired location, and hinges up to allow access to the map compartments. Bins at front and rear provide a place to stash your flashlights, fuel samplers and other gear. The FG system sits directly on the floor and sports a taller arm rest, adding yet another compartment and another mounting point for accessories. There is also a panel lighting system which can be added to the arm rest to provide illumination for nighttime startups, loading and emergencies. There are solutions designed to fit all types of aircraft, from a wide range of standard models for universal fit to a few very specific designs for special applications. Finally, Saircorp/Flight Boss is branching out into other hard-to-find cockpit accessories. For instance they have recently designed rudder pedal extensions which improve on the factory options, are STC/PMA approved and are available for thousands less.
