Mid-Atlantic Cardinal Fly-In

Howard Hammerman set up a gathering of Cardinal owners and email readers in the Mid-Atlantic area. The event was a success, with a number of Cardinals attending. I'm hoping someone who was there will fill us in on the details.

Here is AL Knupp and his 68, N895X. He has since married the lady he brought with him. He had a Scooter along in the back of his airplane.

The reason for that particular picture was to show that his door opens more than 90 degrees.

Duane promises to send some additional pictures and information about the flyin. For now this is all I have.

All I got was these few words from Duane:

Hi,

I am back, I am tired and going to bed. Seems we had about 16 airplanes, some arriving late on Sunday. I enjoyed it even tho it took 5 hours to get from DCA to OXB and 4 to get back.

Duane

He must have been driving.. nothing is THAT far away in a Cardinal, is it? :-) KP
